Seville is a city with one of the largest historical centres Europe. Its old town is the biggest in Spain and one of the most beautiful in the world. A place of great tourist interest, every corner of the city has a special charm. In addition to its Mediterranean climate and its excellent gastronomy, the cultural activities the city offers will blow you away.
Many of the monuments found in the historic centre have been declared a World Heritage Site, so staying at our establishment in central Seville will allow you to enjoy the magic of the city from within: walk around the various neighbourhoods, enjoy its terraces and get carried away by the charm of this great place.
Tourists love Seville's cuisine for its Mediterranean essences and flavours. Although it is not complex to make, gazpacho is its most renowned dish. This cold, vegetable soup is the perfect refreshment in summer, along with other regional dishes. It's the city's star dish. You also simply have to try "pescaito frito" (fried, battered fish), eggs "a la flamenca" (an egg dish with tomato, chorizo and other ingredients), "cocido andaluz" (a chickpea and vegetable stew) and oxtail.
Seville, wherever you look, is full of corners that boast great stories. In its streets you can see important monuments, small buildings and the influences of all the civilisations that have passed through this city. The cathedral, the Reales Alcázares and the General Archive of the Indies, all of which are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, are particular highlights. The Gothic cathedral, which is constructed on an old, Almohad mosque, is one of the largest cathedrals in the world. Alongside it stands the Giralda bell tower, which was previously a minaret and which is now a symbol of Seville. Between both the Giralda and the cathedral you will find Patio de los Naranjos.
Seville is known for the happy, friendly nature of its inhabitants. They are eager to embrace its traditional legacy they enjoy every day through the celebration of famous events, such as Easter Week and the April Fair, both of which are events capable of attracting thousands of visitors from across the world.
